  • Nationwide Consideration: Willing to explore exceptional opportunities across the United States.

Project Characteristics:

  • Minimum Unit Count: Seeking properties with at least 110 units.
  • Value-Add Potential: Interested in properties that offer potential through maintenance updates, operational enhancements, or amenity improvements.
  • Preferred Locations: Properties ideally situated near essential services such as retail / entertainment centers, transportation hubs, and employment districts.
  • Building Grades: Focused on acquiring “C” to “B” grade buildings in neighborhoods rated “B” or higher.

Financial Criteria:

  • Investment Size: Targeting investments ranging from $10 million to $80 million.
  • Construction Age: Properties constructed post-1980 preferred.
